I decided I didn't want to feel this way anymore.
And I needed a PLAN to get myself out of my exhaustion and into the life I wanted to live.
Feeling so exhausted in the mornings that I hated getting out of bed was no longer an option.
Locking myself away in a bathroom stall for 20 minutes each afternoon to nap was no longer an option.
Losing friends and giving up my hobbies because I was too tired to join in was no longer an option.
I was all in.
I started to research and dig into hormones and how they affect energy in women. I discovered that many of the so-called healthy foods I'd been eating were actually creating further imbalances, leading to more energy loss.
Using the information I learned in Holistic Nutrition school, I implemented all the deep level principles I teach you inside the Energy & Hormonal Balance system.
My turning point?
The month that I realized I had woken up excited to start my day BEFORE my alarm went off.
The month that I came home from work so eager to get to my weekly dance class.
The month that I spent finishing every single work task sent my way before it was due and with a positive attitude and cheer.
And now, taking everything I've learned to boost energy and beat brain fog, I teach other busy, ambitious women get this too.
